Mobile phone still drying up… but in the meantime was able to loan a mobile phone from the shop for 2 weeks!

Woke up in the middle of the 2 hour flight to see the majestic landscape of Lofoten… the ultimate destination for this trip!

400 km north of the Arctic Circle, Tromsø is one of the best places to be in a summer day like today! Glad to be out of the storm in the south.

Just got home from the concert. Drenched… It was raining (hard) most of the concert… and then it stopped… just when the concert stopped.

The rain didn’t stop the party though… it just made the stage screens a bit annoying but it was a good concert anyway.

And I thought we only say this in Bergen… no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes!

Now I have to get up early tomorrow to catch my flight to Tromsø!

Finally reached Oslo at 2340 hrs, 29 July and made my way to my friend Monica’s place where a nice hot meal was waiting!

Madonna concert tonight 30 July! And it looks like the rain followed me from Bergen…

The picture is from a station en route to Oslo.  Finse is the highest point of my 7 hour long train ride at 1222 metres over sea level.

Opened my facebook and saw this link from one of my friends.  Have been playing in the background now for a few times.

Quick update!  I will be heading to a backpacking trip in a few days time.  The idea is to get to the north and up the Arctic Circle.  I will be posting daily updates as long as I have internet connection (and time)…
